The quota 481 is a quota for the entry to the European Union of Fresh meats, which so far has only been authorized for six countries exporting bovine meat, including the Republic of Argentina and that for not having tariffs of Import, better prices and allow more cuts of the animal can be incorporated into the sent quota, make attractive the alternative of fattening to corral for certain categories of Hacienda. The main characteristics of this quota and the specific conditions that require the fattening of these animals are exposed, norms emanated both by the regulation dictated by the part of the European Commission itself, and by provisions of the Relevant agencies of our country. The work proposes a calculation and monitoring of income, variable and fixed costs for a lot of hacienda in fattening to corral, located in a livestock establishment of the north of the province of Santa Fe, based on the determination of the marginal contribution that this bussines has for the company as a whole. The model allows to appreciate not only the income generated by the kilos of the farm in fattening, but disaggregates the result by recategorization, derived from the change of value per kilo of a light animal that ends with a greater weight, and Eventually those of tenure that respond to changes in the prices of the reference market. Finally determines the profitability on the investment in Hacienda and the total costs involved in the plant by tranches, for the purposes that the administration visualizes not only the behavior of the variables and main indicators, but Also the percentage of usefulness on the immobilization of financial capital,at each stage of the process.
